Chamber News

HELLO EVERYONE!

Megan Thompson

I love the excitement of a New Year with all the possibilities and hope for a better year.

As we set goals for not only our business, but our
personal accomplishments rely on the The Dalles Chamber and partners for tools to help you be successful. One tool
is the Power Breakfast where we will welcome Buthiana Hassen of Universal Vision. Buthiana Hassan is a speaker
and life coach. She is a dynamic presenter that speaks from the heart. Her story will inspire you and give you hope as she highlights lessons in resilience, leadership, and the importance of knowing who you are and finding your voice. This event is being rescheduled due to weather, but I encourage to purchase your ticket at TheDallesChamber.com.

January 20th is the Distinguished Citizens Awards Banquet. This event reminds me of why I love living in The Dalles and what an amazing community it is. The award recipients are all so special and truly motivating individuals that do-good things to better this community. After the last couple of years, I am excited to see who gets recognized. So, if you have never been to this event make sure you add January 20th 6pm at The Dalles Readiness Center to your calendar. You can purchase tickets online at TheDallesChamber.com or at the chamber office. Great food, company and uplifting recognition will make this evening one to remember. The Dalles Chamber is currently seeking donations for the raffle held at the banquet. If you or your business would like to donate, please drop off your items to The Dalles Chamber office or give them a call so they can arrange the pickup of donations.

Together we can make 2022 a success for your business and The Dalles Area!

Sincerely,

Meganthompson Signature
